What to Contact Us About
Technical issues. If the tool is not loading, a file upload is failing, or results seem incorrect — include your device type, operating system, browser, audio format, approximate file length, and a description of what happened. Check the Troubleshooting page first.
Content corrections. If a Camelot Wheel code is wrong, an algorithm description is incorrect, a harmonic mixing rule is inaccurate, or any content contains a factual error — include the page URL, the specific claim, and the reference supporting the correction.
Privacy and data requests. To exercise GDPR or CCPA rights, use the subject line “GDPR Data Request” or “CCPA Privacy Request.” Review the Privacy Policy before submitting — uploaded audio is never transmitted to or retained by this site.
